Yummy Crock Pot Chicken Recipe

Recently I discovered the food website SkinnyTaste. I have been admiring SkinnyTaste recipes for a while, because most are all pretty natural  (no fat free faux food substitutes) and come with Weight Watchers points values.

In the spirit of Fall and those clever Crock Pot ladies on Facebook, everyone has been quick to pull out their slow cookers these days. Count me among them when I found this Santa Fe Chicken recipe on SkinnyTaste.

It stewed in my Crock Pot all day yesterday, and within thirty minutes of my arriving home last night, Dan and I were   at the table on the couch enjoying dinner.

If you're looking for a great weeknight meal that is the pefect mix of light but still comfort food, try this! Happy Slow Cooking!

(note: For two people, I used three small chicken breasst, and there was plenty, plus left-overs for today's lunch!)

Thanks! Looks sooo good. You have to try her chicken enchlidas if you have already. My husband was in awe of me when I made them.
