Buying Friends {My First Stationery Give-Away!}

Because I know this blog is red by tens of ....well, TENS of readers, I've been slow to host a give-away of my own. What if no one enters???

I adore blog give-aways!  I've claimed a $25 Amazon card from Southern Accent, and a wonderful, custom Laura Hooper Calligraphy map from Southern Weddings Magazine that I used for my wedding website, along with ten matching totes that I filled with gifts for my bridesmaids...

...all just by leaving a comment here or there on the sites of generous bloggers. Despite NOT winning the chance to spend a weekend making sushi at The Pioneer Woman's Lodge (how could Charlie do that to Chloe???) I do feel motivated to pay it forward.

That's why I'm hosting a Stationery Studio Give-Away!!!!

You've heard my raves about The Stationery Studio -  the reasonable prices, the super quick turn-around, the oversized cardstock... the buy one get one free sale that lasts until Feb. 14!  Here is what $30 can buy there....

SO I'M GIVING AWAY A $30 GIFT CERTIFICATE!

Here's what you have to do to win:

1. If you aren't already, become a follower of  I Do Declare

and

2. Leave a comment telling me what kind of personalized papers are your favorite - monogrammed, embossed, engraved, first name, full name?

The contest ends Tuesday, February 9 at 10pm. I'll name a winner next Wednesday!

I love monogrammed.
I like a classic look to the paper because the monogram is part of the stationery then.
I am a follower.

I will post this on my blog as well and see if I can get some people over here (and ruin my chances of winning!) I like monogrammed stationary as well.

I like first name - mainly because I'm getting married in a few months and haven't even begun to think about getting used to a new monogram!!!!

Speaking of, I love your blog - Jessica Bates recommended it to me. I also blog at www.year27.wordpress.com and for Girls on the Run of Atlanta at www.gotratlanta.wordpress.com.

Long time follower, first time commenter. :) I'll go with monogrammed if I win (and I'm sure I will 'cause I'm super lucky and always win everything).

I just love stationery...all kinds of stationery! I have my monogrammed for my more formal notes...a cute Kelly one for my "girlfriend" notes and some very precious ones that my daughter made me in kindergarden that I can't bring myself to actually use.

Because some of us don't fall into the typical 3 intitial monogram...I love a thick card that will let you spell your entire name and that's why I do declare my love for Stationary Studio! Having had four names my entire life, and now that I have five, I feel as though people with long names are often mistreated in the stationary world. Heaven forbid we allow you 40 characters on a notecard! The stationary company that is 5 name friendly whens my heart and my green!!!

Love your blog! I like first name, especially as an unmarried girl... I wouldn't want it to be obsolete one day!

Good luck with your giveaway - I'd love to win because a girl can never have too much stationery! Also, I loved your post about snow cream. I didn't realize that people from people from snowy climates don't make snow cream until a funny conversation with my neighbors who are from NY!
Cheers,
Leah
