Travel South!
My new homestate of Maryland is nicknamed Mini-America because within its state lines you'll find just a little bit of all the things you can find all over the U.S. - small towns, big cities, farm country, mountains, flat lands and the sea.

Great beach. Love that you would have a stationary store. I would have that or a bridal shop.
